Pretty Firm, but great return policy.
Wonderful product. We slept on it for 100 days, and it is exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, it ended up being a bit too firm for us, and we called amazon support and the refund took less than 10 minutes and was no hassle at all. Thanks for being an honest company. We almost feel bad for having to return it. Would recommend for people who like a really firm mattress.
