The twin is suppose to have natural latex. I don't know natural latex. But the bed can be sat on without me slipping off. That is good. It is suppose to be independent coil pocket springs. Appears to be. It could be firmer the coils could be smaller coiled wire that would make it firmer. But it is comfortable I can sleep on it. That is SOMETHING! I'm HAPPY.
