It may take several days for your body to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. If they don’t work out, returns are Free and Easy.

Do you ship returned mattresses? How do I make sure I’m not getting a returned mattress?

Thank you for your question. I understand most customers are concerned about this question. The answer is definitely NO. We never resell a used mattress, and all the returned mattresses are handled through Amazon. Most of returned mattresses are donated. Once the mattress is unpacked from the original bag, it's impossible to compress it without the huge machine in factory. We promise each mattress received by customer is new.

Does the guarantee return include shipping?

How do I return item through Amazon and not pay for shipping?

The mattress you ordered is covered by free shipping and return, so you don’t have pay for it. If you decided to return your Sunrising Bedding mattress, choose the Heavy-Bulky return options handled by a specialty carrier team from the Online Returns Center. Inform them the item you bought is a mattress, and they will pick it up from your house. Then you just wait for the money back. That’s it!

How do I return this mattress? UPS won't pick it up unboxed.

How does return work during 120-day trial? Amazon offers free return shipping only for first 30 days, who will cover the shipping after 30 days?

How does this compare to all natural Avocado mattress other than the price? How good is return policy ?

There is only one inch of latex on top of the coils so it is very firm. I added a 2" latex topper and it is perfect for us.

If this doesn't work out,do you have to get it back in its original box before being able to return it? And if this is the case, is that even possible?

Please don’t worry about that. If you don’t like your Sunrising Bedding mattress, you don’t have to return it in the original packages. Amazon large item return group will pick it up from your house, and you will get your full refund.
